Risk Management purchases a "blanket" policy that provides malpractice/medical and professional liability coverage for all students who need it - provided the curriculums are under the University and at our direction. The coverage does not require individual student's names - it is "blanket" and covers all (like a blanket!).
No direct fees are billed to students by our office. Health care professional courses are identified through the People Soft system and those students are billed at registration. ORM does not manage this process.
