Property claims refer to damages sustained to University-owned property. These include damages to buildings, building contents and equipment. It does not include damages to automobiles or personal property.
In addition to completing the forms below, please provide photos and retain evidence of loss or damage to items.
The University's Property Insurance Policy covers University-Owned Property, Buildings, Contents and Property in the University's care, custody and control. For those with responsibility for University-Owned/Leased Property, Fine Arts & Historical Treasures- you must notify the Office of Risk Management of significant changes:

University-Owned/Property, Buildings and Contents: For addition or deletion of property and contents, complete and submit the Property Insurance - University-Owned/Property, Buildings and Contents Add/Delete Form.

Leased Space/Contents Costs Only - Exceeding $250K: For addition or deletion of contents values in a leased space over $250K, complete and submit the Property Insurance - Leased Space/Contents Costs Only - Exceeding $250K Add/Delete Form.

Fine Arts & Historical Treasure Collections: For acquisition of Fine Arts greater than $25,000 in appraised value, complete and submit the Property Insurance - Fine Arts & Historical Treasure Collections Add/Delete Form. (Please also advise of changes, e.g., sale or significant elimination of a prior holding.)

Responsibility Centers can review the current roster of insured property annually prior to the expiration of the University’s property insurance policy 10/1.
